help! where's the BBC?

i can't get onto the BBC. what am I going to do? no headlines, no weather (ok ok, I know, the weather forecast hasn't changed since we arrived, so I don't exactly need it), but where am i going to get my news, or listen to the today programme.

is it just me, or is the BBC website down?

eek! that would have been torture! we were watching it online, until it occurred to us to turn on BBC world news on the telly, and it was on. Of course.

It was annoying, as the consulate party shut down around 330am and by the time we got home and Guy convinced CNN to stream, the election had already been called. But at least we got to watch most of McCain's concession speech, and everything after that!
