i've just been in tears on the phone with the relocation agent. she said she would come with me either yesterday or today to get a mobile. This is critical. I can't rely on the UK one, no one is willing to phone me on it, and to make call, I have to dial some strange code, wait for it to call me back and then dial the number plus sundry #*##'s. Like I can do *that* when I'm in a hurry.

So, I waited for Rebeca to call me. I gave in and called her. "Oh, Alison! I was just going to answer your email (they don't *do* phone calls). I can't take you today, I have to go out with another client.

So - she SAID she'd take me yesterday or today. And she hasn't. It's not good enough.

Supposedly she is booking a locksmith to come to the house tomorrow, but I cant stay there all day, becasue I have to take Bill to work, pick up my kids, arrange to get something to sit on.

Shit.

I have to go out myself now and try and get a phone. I had other people volunteer to help me, but I said no, because the bloody relocation agent was taking me.

Wish me luck. I'll try not to burst into tears in a phone shop.
