thereyougotheni would rather crochet than knit.
i'm not sure if it's just becasue i'm a slow knitter, and i can make things much faster if I crochet. my new top is going frustratingly slowly.
i've been swatching today, just to have a hook in my hand again, using the wool for the new lucky observing pullover. trying to find a crochet stitch pattern that would work to make nearly the same pullover as i have promised him.
but i guess i should go and do another row on the summer 2006 top i'm making myself. not allowed to put it in the UFO pile. it's going to be pretty, and i need pretty.
my children are now quiet, my cats are being fucking annoyingly loud. perhaps i should feed them.
