1. i love Edinburgh. it's home, and while I'd be happy to leave for a while, I won't ever give up this house, because I always want to be able to come home. Edinburgh is home.

2. oh shit, *years* ago, probably before N was born. I don't much like baths. I had a shower this morning. Once before we had kids, we stayed in a hotel where we had a whirlpool bath, I ended up with a bruise shaped like the inlets on the bath. i got a hickey from a bath, i really did. it could only happen to me.

3. red - as long as it's heinz ketchup. brown sauce? we mean the sauce of "salt & sauce" like you get in the chippy? it's *ok*, but not my first choice. HP sauce? blergh.

4. TT - Eleanor, N - Ruby. TT would have had Ruby as a middle name, and with N, it would have been the opposite. Elinor would have been shortened to Ella, probably, who was my gran, and Ruby was my Gran's sister, and I am probably more like her than my gran.

5. need to think about that. probably whatever's on the banquet menu at a thai restaurant

6. these days? pottering at home, then going out somewhere with Bill and the boys. I'm usually too tired to do anything, so they go and run about while i sit in the car knitting a sock.
