it was handed into the school office. all the cards were there (impossble for a local to use becasue they are funny foreign things,.driver's license, ID card etc all safe. $120,000 cash all gone.

the change was there, and they had missed a $1000 note that was crumpled up n a receipt. almost, but not quite enough to buy a cup of coffee....

The cash is annoying, but the others would be a pain in the neck. Although I assume you'll have stopped the cards so will be waiting around for those.

yeah, good, becasue from what i understand, foreigners can only lose their RUT (ID card) twice. after that, you're buggered. and you can't use a credit card without it. well, you can, but it means that you have to give your passport number instead. but still, not good.
