Forgot to add:
Mar. 12th, 2007 03:51 pmi got home at 9.15 last night to discover that for dinner they had roast chicken, mashed potatoes and purple sprouting broccoli from the garden. (it was too late for me to eat that, so I had scrambled eggs for the second time that day.)
the laundry was done, if not folded and put away
the upstairs shower room (where the shower had been out of order until friday) was clean as a whistle.
I think that I don't know I'm born. well, actually I do. Last time I checked I was up there with the luckiest people I know. sounds like a lot of the other mothers at skipnorth returned home to bonb sites!

We need these! we really do. If you have a hand wash garment you
might as well make some seriously wonderful buttons that you can take
off while you wash. anyone who has the current issue of Threads will
know what buttons are pushing my buttons right now...
So, has anyone seen these? my mum gave me them, they were from my
grandma's (the american one) stash. i'd never seen them before, and if
they aren't made at the moment, I need to find someone to make them
for us. because these are a very necessary bit of kit!
don't you agree?

Aye right...
You scored as Harry Potter. You are a very passionate and caring person when it comes to the wellness of your friends as well as others. You're very temperamental and sarcastic, and sometimes you'll flow a little bit over to the arrogant and obnoxious side when your temper gets the best of you. But you're bold and daring and will stand up for what you feel is right with bravery.
